Glen is a happy and playful boy!  Glen is good with people, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  He has a good temperament and lots of love to give.  Glen has been through a rough start in life.  He is shy with new people at first.  However, it doesn’t take him long to warm up and there is not a mean bone in him.  Glen and his sister, Gwen, are doing well in their foster home and ready for a forever home together.   They started some leash training and are learning at a good pace.  They are crate-trained and doing well on their housetraining.  They ride well in the car and can wait patiently while their foster mom runs errands.  Glen and Gwen are looking for a forever home together.

GLEN’s Rescue Story

Poor Glen and Gwen were abandoned in the mountain.  They were rescued by a volunteer of a TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) rescue group.  TNR groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the animals are returned to their original location to live as homeless dogs.  TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals.  The volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with them and some other puppies that are still too young to be released back to the streets.  The founder of the rescue organization has over 180 dogs waiting for homes.  She really does not have space for another dog.  However, she could not bear to see them going back to the mountain and suffer on the streets.  She agreed to take them home and give them a chance in life.

Glen and Gwen adjusted well since they arrived at the foster home.  All the dogs welcomed them into the pack.  They play and run together every day.  Glen and Gwen are socialized with big and small dogs.

They had a thorough medical checkup.  They had been spayed & neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on their blood tests.  Please give Glen & Gwen a loving home where they will never be left behind again.
