Zamir is a happy and playful boy!  He loves his humans, good with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  Zamir has been through a rough start in life and can be shy at first.  However, he still loves and trusts humans with all his heart.  He is doing well in his foster home and ready for his forever home.  He started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  He is crate-trained and doing well on his housetraining.  Zamir rides well in the car and can wait patiently while his foster mom runs errands.  Zamir and his sister, Zayla, loves each other.  They can be adopted together or separately.

ZAMIR’s Rescue Story

Poor Zamir and his siblings were living on the streets as a stray dogs and there are no shelter and food.  They were surviving on garbage and hid behind bushes to keep themselves safe.  A volunteer for TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) groups caught them.  TNR groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the dogs are returned to their original location to live as homeless dogs.  TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals.

Zamir is such a lovely boy and the volunteer was very sad to see him living on the streets.  He reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with some of the dogs that are scheduled to be returned back to the streets.  The founder of the rescue organization has over 150 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she could not bear to see them going back to the mountain and suffered on the streets.  She agreed to take Zamir and his siblings back to her home and give them a chance in life.

Zamir had a thorough medical checkup.  He had been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on his blood tests.  Please give Zamir a loving forever home where he will not be left alone again.
