Vamous is a sweet and playful boy!  He is friendly with people, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  Vamous has a good temperament and has lots of love to give!  He is doing very well in his foster home and ready for a forever home.  Vamous started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  He is crate-trained and doing well on his housetraining.  Vamous rides well in the car and can wait patiently while his foster mom runs errands.  Vamous is a happy boy and will make a good family dog!

VAMOUS’S RESCUE STORY:

Poor Vamous was living as a stray dog in the mountain.  He was rescued by a volunteer of a TNR rescue group.  The rescue has a temporary rundown place for the dogs.  TNR groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the animals are released to their original location to live as homeless dogs.  TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals.  The volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with some puppies that are still too young to be released back to the streets.  The founder of the rescue organization has over 150 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she could not bear to see them going back to the mountain and suffer on the streets.  She agreed to take Vamous home and give him a chance in life.

Vamous had a thorough medical checkup.  He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on his blood tests.  Please give Vamous a loving home to grow up.
