Waggle is a shy and gentle boy.  He has been through a rough start in life and needs time to open up to new people.  Waggle loves his humans, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  Waggle is even tested good with cats.  Waggle is submissive to people and dogs and does not have a mean bone in him.  He is doing very well in his foster home and ready for a forever home.  Waggle started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  He is crate-trained and doing well on his housetraining.  Waggle rides well in the car and can wait patiently while his foster mom runs errands.  Waggle and his sister, Waggie, are a bonded pair.  We are looking for a committed home to adopt them together and continue to train them.

WAGGLE’S RESCUE STORY:

Poor Waggle was living as a stray dog in the mountain.  He was rescued by a volunteer of a TNR rescue group.  The rescue has a temporary rundown place for the dogs.  TNR groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the animals are released to their original location to live as homeless dogs.  TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals.  The volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with them and some other puppies that are still too young to be released back to the streets.  The founder of the rescue organization has over 150 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she could not bear to see them going back to the mountain and suffer on the streets.  She agreed to take Waggle home and give him a chance in life.

Waggle had a thorough medical checkup.  He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on his blood tests.  Please give Waggle & Waggie a forever home together!
