Simba is a friendly and playful boy!  He loves everyone he meets, good with children, and playful with dogs of all sizes.  Simba is even tested good with cats.  Simba has a good temperament and is full of love.  He was rescued from a horrible life and was never given a proper shelter and tied up to a tree all his life.  It’s amazing how much he still loves and trusts people.  Simba is doing very well in his foster home and ready for his forever home.  Simba started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  He is crate-trained and doing well on his housetraining.  Simba rides well in the car and can wait patiently while his foster mom runs errands.  Simba is a fun and loving boy and will make a wonderful family dog.

Poor Simba was found abandoned by his owners.  They left him on a cord tied to a tree without shelter and food.  A kind lady heard from neighbors and quickly went to find him.  She quickly found him and brought him some food.  Simba was extremely hungry and finished the food in seconds.  Poor boy must have gone through days without food.  The lady could not give him a home.  However, she didn’t have the heart to see him die hanging to the tree.  She found a temporarily pet boarding for him to stay while she reached out to several rescue groups.  Unfortunately, months went by and no one offered to help.  Luckily, an experienced rescue organization heard his story and reached out to help Simba for her kindness.  They quickly scheduled a date to pick Simba up.  Simba was rushed to the vet for a complete health checkup.  Luckily, he is one healthy boy.  The founder of the organization has over 150 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she didn’t have the heart to turn her back on him.  She promised to find Simba a good home where he will be treated with love and care.

Simba adjusted the moment he arrived at the founder’s home.  He is enjoying the company of all the rescued dogs.  He started leash training and is socialized with big and small dogs.

Simba has been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on his blood tests.
Please give Simba a forever home where he will never be left behind.
