Emma is a happy, sweet, and playful pup!  She has a wonderful temperament and is a happy go lucky girl.  Emma is friendly with people, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  Emma is even tested good with cats.  Emma is full of love and deserves a loving home.  She is doing very well in her foster home and ready for her forever home.  Emma started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining.  Emma rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands.  Emma is a good pup and will make a lovely family dog.

Emma’s mom is a stray dog in a cemetery area.  Unfortunately, she got pregnant and gave birth to several puppies.  A kind lady was in the area and left some food for them.  The lady cannot give them homes but was sad to see them starving.  She tries to stop by a few times a week to leave food for them.  Several of the puppies died in the cold.  Only Emma and her brother survived.  The kind lady decided to save them and find them homes.  She placed them in a vet and posted their story on Facebook.  After a few weeks, she found Emma’s brother a home.  Poor Emma was left with nowhere to go.  Through some searching, the kind lady found an experienced rescue organization.   When the founder saw her photos, she knew it was urgent to save her.  The founder of the organization has over 100 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she didn’t have the heart to turn her back on poor Emma. She quickly scheduled a date to meet Emma at the vet so she can have a thorough checkup.  Luckily, Emma is healthy.  She promised to find her a good home where she will be treated with love and care.

Emma adjusted the moment she arrived at the founder’s home.  She is enjoying the company of all her rescued dogs.  She started leash training and is socialized with big and small dogs.

Emma has been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests.
Please give Emma a forever home where she can grow up safe and happy!
