Tia is a sweet and lovely girl!  She is friendly with people, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  Tia is even tested good with cats.  Tia has a good temperament and has a lot of love to give.  She is doing very well in her foster home and ready for a forever home.  Tia started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining.  Tia rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands.  Tia is a good girl and will make a lovely family dog.

Poor Tia was found abandoned in a busy street.  A kind lady who is not from the area is in town visiting friends and spotted her wandering around eagerly as if she was looking for her owners.  The lady petted her and sat with her hoping to find her owners.  Unfortunately, no one in the area knew her.  People around were not very nice and would scare her away.  The lady brought her back to her friend’s home and quickly posted her story on Facebook hoping to find her a home.  Days went by and no one had called for her.  She was very discouraged and didn’t have a plan as nearby shelters were completely full and she was left without a place to go.  Then, she got a call from the founder of an experienced rescue organization.  The founder knew it was urgent to save Tia.  She quickly sent her volunteer and picked her up.  Tia was rushed to the vet for a complete health checkup.  Luckily, she is healthy and just underweight.  The founder of the organization has over 100 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she didn’t have the heart to turn her back on her.  She promised to find her a good home where she will be treated with love and care.

She adjusted the moment she arrived at the founder’s home.  She is enjoying the company of all the rescued dogs.  She started leash training and is socialized with big and small dogs.

Tia has been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests.
Please give Tia a forever home where she will never be left behind again.
