Doris is a friendly, sweet, and playful girl!  She loves everyone she meets and always greet people with a wagging tail.  Doris is gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  Doris has a good temperament and has a lot of love to give.  Despite all that she had been through, she loves people with all her heart.  She is doing very well in her foster home and ready for a forever home.  Doris started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining.  Doris rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands.  Doris is a good girl and will make a lovely family dog.

Poor Doris was found abandoned in a parking lot near a river park.  Her rescuer/foster mom is a dog rescuer.  Doris’s rescuer was with her pack of rescued dogs in a doggie park.  Two kind gentlemen asked if she can go and checkup on Doris as she was starving and hiding in the bushes.  Her rescuer went and searched for her.  Doris was so hungry she came running out of the bushes and gave her a kiss.  Poor Doris was in horrible condition.  She quickly picked her up and rushed her to the vet.  Doris had a thorough vet checkup.  Luckily, she is healthy and just underweight.  Her rescuer’s home has over 100 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she didn’t have the heart to see her suffer on the streets.  She promised her a loving home where she will be treated with love and care.

Doris adjusted the moment she arrived at her home.  She is enjoying the company of all the rescued dogs.  She started leash training and is socialized with big and small dogs.

Doris has been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests.
Please give Doris a forever home where she will never be left behind.
