Abby is a happy, sweet, and playful girl!  She is friendly with people, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes.  Abby has a good temperament and has a lot of love to give.  She is doing very well in her foster home and ready for a forever home.  Abby started some leash training and is learning at a good pace.  She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining.  Abby rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands.  Abby is a good girl and will make a lovely family dog.

Abby’s Rescue Story

Poor Abby was surrendered by her irresponsible owners.  She was owned by a young couple who didn’t treat her well.  The couple raised her in their apartment and mostly left her without much care.  The couple wanted to work abroad and decided that they didn’t want her anymore.  They messaged an experienced rescue organization hoping to surrender her.  When founder heard their story, she knew it was urgent to save her before they abandoned her on the streets.  They quickly scheduled at date to meet at the vet.  Abby had a thorough vet checkup.  Luckily, she is healthy and just underweight.  The founder’s home has over 100 dogs waiting for homes.  However, she didn’t have the heart to leave her behind.  She promised to find Abby a good home where she will be treated with love and care.

Abby adjusted the moment she arrived at the founder’s home.  She is enjoying the company of all the rescued dogs.  She started leash training and is socialized with big and small dogs.

Abby has been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests.
Please give Abby a forever home where she will never be left behind.
