Dory is a good girl!  She is very gentle with people she meets, good with dogs and cats.  Dory is doing very well and ready for her own forever home.  Dory is also good with children.  She is now in a foster home with over 50 rescued dogs enjoying the comfort of a safe and clean home.  All the doggies learn to share everything from affection to food to toys.  Dory started some basic obedience training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate-trained and house-trained.  Dory is one smart girl and will make a lovely family dog.

Dory’s Rescue Story

Poor Dory was living as a homeless dog starving in the street.  A kind lady found her and quickly rushed her to the vet.  Luckily, Dory is a healthy girl but very underweight.  The kind lady couldn’t bring her home but didn’t want to see her back on the street.  She paid for her to board in a boarding place.  She posted her story on Facebook and hope to find her a loving home.  However, no one had called for her for so long.  One of the lady’s other resuce dogs was killed by a dog in the boarding facility.  The lady got very worried and quickly need to move Dory.  Through some thorough search online, she found an experienced rescue organization.  When the founder heard her story she knew it was urgent to help Dory find a forever home so she can be safe.  The founder’s home is full of rescued dogs.  However, she didn’t have the heart to turn her back on Dory.

Dory adjusted well in her foster home.  She quickly enjoys all the company of her rescued dogs.  Dory walks well on the leash and loves her daily walk in the mountain area.

Dory is spayed, vaccinated, chipped, de-wormed, and passed negative on her blood tests.
Please give Dory a safe and happy home to grow up so that we can continue to save more dogs in desperate need.
