Amber is a super mellow and friendly dog! She behaves well around people and is very gentle with young children. She gets along with other dogs as well as cats.

Amber is a friendly, stable, and well-behaved young girl! She had a rough start in life, but has never lost her trust in humans. She is house-trained and is good on leash. Her favorite pastime is taking her daily walks and trips to the doggie parks meeting doggie play pals. Amber has very good temperament; with basic obedience training she will do well in any loving home. Please watch her videos to know her better.
Amber’s story:
One day on the routine stray dogs feeding trip, the volunteer spotted Amber looking for food by the dumpster. It was a very hot day, Amber didn’t find much to eat, and she must be very thirsty too. The volunteer watched her limped across the street, then rest under a tree. When the volunteer set food out for her and backed off, Amber gobbled up the food in no time. The poor girl looked severely underweight and her wounded leg needed attention.
The volunteer continued feeding Amber for a week to befriend her. Finally, on the day before a big storm hit, the volunteer took Amber off the street and have her treated by the vet. On top of the routine physical, Amber’s broken right hind leg need to undergo operation. Fortunately, Amber pulled through all these and recovered well. Now her wounded leg can function normally like any healthy dog.
Amber is doing very well in her foster home. Being affectionate and close to people, Amber is ready for adoption. Would someone offer her a loving home so she can leave her miserable past behind?
